We offer a 1- hour response time and 4-hour resolution time during business hours, and a 12-hour response/24-hour resolution during the weekends/nights.

We care about you and your data – which is why we actively manage a first-class firewall, and monitor our server and systems to prevent unauthorized or malicious actions (i.e. hackers). If you are a VPS Client, we retain a 14-day rolling backup, and a monthly backup of your server at all times.
For our hosting clients, we maintain a daily backup (with the previous days data), as well as a weekly backup every Saturday night. You are also able to create your own backups within your account.
